Q: What's the difference between "3D False Lashes" and "Faux Silk Lashes"?
A: Just the packaging! All of our lashes are Faux Silk and vegan, meaning no animals were harmed or used in the making of our falsies.
The name differences are a miscommunication with our manufacturer and they misprinted an order of our boxes. In the spirit of being environmentally friendly, we opted to use these boxes instead of sending them to the beauty graveyard (landfill).
Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes, all the products we sell, including our house brand and the niche brands we carry, are cruelty-free. We are committed to providing ethical beauty products that are not tested on animals.
Q: Can you tell me more about the niche brands you carry?
A: We carry a rotating selection of niche cruelty-free brands that align with our values and meet our standards of quality. These brands are often smaller, independent companies that offer unique and innovative products.
Q: Can I return/exchange my lashes?
A: Unfortunately, OKNGN Beauty cannot accept any returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons. Please contact us at contact@okngnbeauty.com for any further questions.
Q: I selected local pick up at checkout! Where/when can I pick up my lashes?
A: Local pick-up times and location will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Q: Oh no! I made a mistake, can I cancel/modify my order?
A: OKNGN Beauty strives to fulfill and ship your order out as quickly as possible once it is received. Please email us immediately at contact@okngnbeauty.com, and we will work with you to find the best solution. Cancellations and refunds, if possible, are subject to a restocking fee.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: All orders over $55 ship complimentary! For orders under $55, shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. OKNGN Beauty ships internationally and is not responsible for any customs/duty fees your country may charge on arrival.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping policy or contact us for more information regarding international shipping options.
Q: The band is too long to fit my eye! How do I trim them?
A: If you're finding the band is too long to comfortably fit your eye while you're wearing OKNGN Beauty lashes, trim a small section off the outer corner. Do this before applying any glue to the band and hold it up to the eye to check if they are the right length. If they are still too long, trim another small section.
PRO TIP: You can save the trimmed ends and stack them on top of the lash band to give a little extra fullness and flare to your lashes!
Q: How many times can I reuse my lashes?
A: Your lashes should last you 15+ wears with proper care!
Q: Do I need to take off my lashes before I go to bed?
A: Yes! It is always best practice to remove any makeup before going to bed, but it is especially important to remove your lashes before sleeping. OKNGN Beauty is not responsible for misuse of our products.
Q: Can I go swimming/shower/sauna with my lashes on?
A: We highly recommend against wearing lashes for any activity that could get them wet! When the lashes come in contact with too much water or steam, they tend to lose their shape/curl, and it can decrease the lifespan of your lashes.
Q: Can I use multiple discounts/codes?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to allow stacking of multiple discount codes or promotions at this time - besides our free shipping offer!
Q: Do you offer a pro discount?
A: We currently offer an exclusive pro discount to makeup artists, models, drag queens, and other industry professionals at our discretion. OKNGN Beauty reserves the right to change the discount amount, qualifications, or revoke pro status without notice. Please email us at contact@okngnbeauty.com for more information!
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
A: Yes! We love to support our local community and offer special pricing on wholesale orders. This includes dance companies, acting studios, atheletic teams, companies looking to purchase as gifts, etc.
