Q: Can I return/exchange my lashes?

A: Unfortunately, OKNGN Lashes cannot accept any returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons.

Q: I selected local pick up at checkout! Where/when can I pick up my lashes?

A: Local pick up times and location will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being placed.

If we are unable to email you within 24 hours due to situations out of our control (eg. car accidents, medical emergencies, power lines going down, etc.), a 48 hour window will apply and local delivery is on us!

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 we are no longer offering local pickup, all orders will be shipped via Canada Post or delivered 2-4x/month depending on your location.

Q: Oh no! I made a mistake, can I cancel/modify my order?

A: OKNGN Lashes strives to fulfill and ship your order out as quickly as possible once it is received.

Please email us immediately at and we will work with you to find the best solution. Cancellations and refunds, if possible, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Q: How much is shipping?

A: All shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

OKNGN Lashes ships worldwide and is not responsible for any customs/duty fees your country may charge on arrival. We ship from Kelowna, BC.


Q: Do OKNGN Lashes come with glue?

A: At this point and time, OKNGN lashes does not provide lash glue with each lash purchase. Use any of your favourites to apply!

If you are new to lashes, our favourite is the Velour Lash Glue in Latex Free Clear.


Q: The band is too long to fit my eye! How do I trim them?

A: If you're finding the band is too long to comfortably fit your eye while you're wearing OKNGN Lashes, trim a small section off the outer corner. Do this before applying any glue to the band and hold it up to the eye and check if they are the right length. If they are still too long, trim another small section. 

PRO TIP: You can save the trimmed ends and stack them on top of the lash band to give a little extra fullness and flare to your lashes!


Q: How many times can I reuse my lashes?

A: This depends on how well you care for your new lashes! We've found that during our extensive testing phase it is very possible to get 20+ uses out of OKNGN Lashes with proper care.


Q: Do I need to take off my lashes before I go to bed?

A: Yes! It is always best practice to remove any makeup before going to bed, but it particularly important to remove your lashes before you go for a good snooze. OKNGN Lashes is not responsible or liable for any health related issues that may arise from misuse of our products.


Q: Can I go swimming/shower/sauna with my lashes on?

A: While you most definitely could, we highly recommend against wearing our lashes for any activity that could get them wet. When the mink lashes come in contact with too much water or steam, they tend to lose their shape/curl and it can decrease the lifespan of your lashes. 


Q: Can I use multiple discounts/codes?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to allow stacking of multiple discount codes or promotions at this time.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?

A: Yes! We strive to support our local community and love to offer special pricing on larger orders. This includes dance companies, actor studios, companies looking to purchase as gifts, etc.
